Retrofitting

The purpose of retrofitting is to increase the specific production volume, the production quality, the efficiency of the system or to convert it to match changes in the customer's product line. In addition safety-relevant questions or legal regulations (for example reduction of emissions) may be reasons for retrofitting. Another reason for retrofitting could be that control components are no longer available for a machine which otherwise still operates well.

This can be accomplished at the customer's site or at the production plant, depending on the scope of work required. We can continue your production in our applications center for the duration of the work, eliminating special measures for advance production.
